By using GutiVerse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use online rooms or chat.
Who can play
Anyone can play offline. Online rooms and chat are for players aged 13 and over.
Fair play
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, modify the app or interfere with other players' games or with our servers.
- Do not use automated tools to play, flood rooms or collect information about other players.
Chat and names
Be kind. You must not post or use a name containing:
- harassment, bullying, threats or hate based on religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability or any other characteristic;
- sexual content of any kind, and never anything that sexualises or endangers children (see our child safety standards);
- personal information about yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, social accounts), scams, spam or advertising;
- anything illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or your country.
Enforcement
We may filter messages, remove players from rooms, and block an installation from online rooms, temporarily or permanently, when these terms are broken. Room hosts can also remove players from their own room. Serious cases, including any child sexual abuse material, are reported to the authorities.
The service
GutiVerse is provided “as is”. Online rooms may be unavailable at times, and we may change or end features. Traditional game rules vary by region; our versions are our interpretation and may differ from the ones you know.
Ownership
The GutiVerse app, art, characters and name belong to plycoder. Traditional games themselves belong to everyone. Third-party assets are used under their licences (Twemoji CC-BY 4.0, Fredoka SIL OFL).
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
