Child safety standards
Last updated 25 October 2026
GutiVerse has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any content that sexualises minors.
Our standards
- Online chat is for players aged 13 and over. Offline play has no chat.
- Sharing personal contact details, arranging to meet, or asking for images is against our terms.
- Chat is text and emoji only; images, files, voice and video cannot be sent.
- Names and messages pass an automatic filter, with flood limits.
Reporting in the app
Tap any chat message and choose Report message. The player is muted for you at once, and the report is reviewed by the GutiVerse team. You can also email tulx.app@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety”.
How we respond
- We review child-safety reports as a priority and remove offending players and block their installation from online rooms.
- We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Bangladesh law enforcement, and preserve the related report as required by law.
- We comply with applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
