Report a player

In any room chat, tap the player's message and choose Report message. They are muted for you immediately and the report reaches our team. For anything urgent or involving a child's safety, also email us. See child safety.

My friends can't see my Wi‑Fi room

• All phones must be on the same Wi‑Fi network or connected to the host's hotspot.
• Some public or office Wi‑Fi blocks phones from seeing each other. Use a phone hotspot instead.
• If the room doesn't appear in the list, type the 7-letter room code shown in the host's lobby.

Online room code doesn't work

Check the code (letters and numbers, no spaces) and that both phones have internet. Codes stop working when the host leaves the room.

I got disconnected

Open Join online (or Wi‑Fi room) and enter the same code on the same phone. You get your seat back, and the game catches up instantly. While you are away the host plays your seat as a bot.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Choose This phone in any game to play bots or pass and play.

The rules are different from how we play

Many games have options for regional rules (for example compulsory captures in Sholo Guti or goat stacks in Bagh Bandi). Tell us your local rules and we may add them.
